How does the fit work?
Our jackets use a relaxed unisex fit in XS–XXL. Compare the garment measurements on the product page with a jacket you already wear. Measurements are in centimeters and inches.
What are the jackets made from?
The Fleece series uses 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The Twill series uses 65% cotton and 35% polyester with polyester lining. The Satin series uses polyester shell and lining. Each product page includes material-specific care instructions.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. U.S. overseas territories, APO/FPO military addresses and other countries are outside our shipping area.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. There is no expedited option. Taxes shown at checkout are $0.00.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00. Orders at or after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays start processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Arrival dates are estimates.
Can I return my jacket?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging with supplied tags. Email us with your order number and reason for authorization before shipping. Our return address is in Italy.
Who pays for a return?
We pay return shipping for our mistakes and damaged, defective or incorrect items. You pay for a change-of-mind return to our Italy address. No restocking fee applies. Ordinary return conditions do not prevent reporting a defect or incorrect item.
When will a refund be issued?
An approved refund is returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. The payment provider controls when the credit appears.
How is payment confirmed?
A payment request alone does not confirm payment or order acceptance. Check the checkout feedback and any order confirmation. Contact support if you have a question about a payment or order.
