You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. There is no restocking fee.
Ordinary returns
For a change-of-mind return, the jacket must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in its original condition and original packaging, with any supplied tags retained. Request your return within 30 days of receipt.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and the confirmed return address before sending the parcel. Our company address is also our return address: Via Emilio Lussu 1, 09010 Giba SU, Italy.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our mistake, an incorrect item, damage or a product defect, we cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost to our return address in Italy. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos can help us assess it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate return or resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a defect, damage or an incorrect item.
Refunds
Following return review and approval, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may determine when the credit appears in your account. Contact us if you need help with a refund.
